I am a retired Senior Manager with extensive experience in middle management within one of India's largest public sector companies, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant. My professional journey has been deeply rooted in the fields of engineering, consultancy, and project management, particularly focusing on electrical equipment design, testing, and commissioning. Coming from an agricultural background, I have always valued the importance of hard work and dedication. I have had the privilege to lead diverse teams across various departments including CO & CCP operations, Town Administration, and Thermal Power Plants. My expertise encompasses a wide range of areas such as contract management, store maintenance practices like 5S methodology, ISO standards compliance, MAMS systems implementation, e-office solutions utilization as well as proficiency in SAP and ERP modules. Beyond my technical skills and managerial acumen lies my passion for quality circles and social initiatives. I believe that true success is achieved when we place "People before Profits," a principle that has guided my career choices and interactions throughout my life. As I transition into retirement from corporate life with ambitious aspirations for financial freedom and personal growth; my wife and I are eager to connect with like-minded individuals who share our enthusiasm for learning from successful experiences.
